New Service: Virtual Guidance System

05.04.2024

With the help of our new virtual guidance system, you can view the exact location of all freely accessible media, down to the specific shelf.

To do this, go to the Research Portal and call up the desired title. A link next to the location information will take you directly to the 3D model of one of our library buildings. There, you can recognize the shelf you are looking for by the highlighted color.

The system is still under development, but we are eager to make it available to you now. If you notice any errors, please send your feedback to info@ub.uni-mainz.de. Thank you!
